EmPower Kickboxing is a high-energy, music-driven workout designed to build full-body strength, boost confidence, and help you feel powerful from the inside out.

With a focus on intentional movement, this non-contact class is designed for all levels, and combines choreographed kickboxing, strength, and cardio in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

EmPower Kickboxing is designed to be both challenging and approachable, no matter your fitness level or experience. Each class blends choreographed kickboxing combos, cardio, and strength in a way that keeps things fun and engaging, while giving you a full-body workout. You’ll move to the music, break a sweat, and be guided through every combo with options to push yourself or take it down a notch.

This is a non-contact, no bags, no gloves class focused on helping you feel strong, confident, and supported, whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth. Come as you are, move how you move, and leave feeling energized, empowered, and proud of what your body can do.
