I know how scary it can feel to put yourself out there and try something new, especially when it involves your body.

So many people want to move, feel stronger, and take care of themselves, but they hold back because they are worried about failing. Because they are not familiar with the combo and class yet. Thinking…maybe I’m not good enough yet.

Here’s the thing: you don’t have to be confident to start. You don’t have to have rhythm, experience, or a perfect body. You just have to show up for yourself.

All ages, all fitness levels, all backgrounds. You belong here. I create a no-judgment zone where everyone can throw a punch, land a kick, and feel like they own the room.

EmPower Kickboxing was created to be a space where you can move without judgment, sweat without pressure, and reconnect with your strength at your own pace.

No bags. No gloves. No expectations. Just music, movement, and a room full of people who are choosing themselves, even when it feels a little scary.

Nope! This class is for all levels. I always tell people to give it a few classes to really catch on to the format and flow. The combos are designed to challenge both your mind and your body in a way that keeps things fun, and keeps you coming back to get better each time.

Anything comfortable that you can move in! There will be punches and kicks, so clothes that allow a full range of motion are best. Athletic shoes and a water bottle are all you really need.

You’re in control. I give lots of options throughout class so you can push yourself or take it down a notch depending on how you’re feeling that day. Every kick and movement can be modified—there’s no pressure to do everything perfectly.

No, EmPower Kickboxing is a non-contact class. All movements are shadowboxing-based, making the workout safe, empowering, and accessible for everyone.

Absolutely! Kickboxing is a full-body workout that builds strength, boosts cardio, improves coordination, and does amazing things for your confidence, all while having fun.

That’s completely normal! Most people start as beginners, and we break everything down step by step. Give yourself 3–4 classes to learn the movements and get comfortable. And truly—no one is watching or judging. I always say, “If you’re not sure, just punch.”

While EmPower Kickboxing is designed to be empowering and welcoming, classes are open to both women and men. The music, movement, and energy are inclusive and motivating for everyone.
