I know how scary it can feel to put yourself out there and try something new, especially when it involves your body.
So many people want to move, feel stronger, and take care of themselves, but they hold back because they are worried about failing. Because they are not familiar with the combo and class yet. Thinking…maybe I’m not good enough yet.
