I’ve been teaching kickboxing since 2014, and over the years I’ve fallen in love with blending fitness, movement, dance, and strength training into every class. In 2020, I started EmPower Kickboxing—a 60-minute, no bags, no gloves class where I personally choreograph every track, pick the music, and design every combo. We’ll warm up, sweat through cardio, fire up the legs and arms, hit the abs, and finish with a stretch, all to the beat. I love helping people move, feel strong, and have fun while doing it, and I can’t wait to share that energy with you in class.

I’m a lifelong dancer, a mom of five, and a wife to my best friend, and kickboxing has been my way of moving, having fun, and staying strong for as long as I can remember.

In EmPower Kickboxing, I bring all of that to every class, I pick the songs, choreograph every combo, and make sure we sweat, laugh, and push ourselves together. No bags, no gloves, no judgment: just 60 minutes of music, movement, and feeling unstoppable. This is my favorite way to help people connect with their strength, their rhythm, and their confidence, and I can’t wait to see you in class.
